By accessing or using HanddyQR (the "Service") through the web interface or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HanddyQR collects information necessary to generate dynamic QR codes and host Digital Business Cards. We prioritize the security of Cryptographically Secure Smart Notes. However, you acknowledge that you use the platform at your own risk. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HANDDYQR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL HANDDYQR, ITS CREATORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
BY USING HANDDYQR, YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR FILE ANY LEGAL CLAIMS REGARDING DATA LOSS, UPTIME, OR USAGE DISRUPTIONS.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload to HanddyQR. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or delete content that is illegal, abusive, or violates these Terms without prior notice.
